Over the last 30 years, the company has taken on various development projects sporadically. These include Marine View Mansions in Singapore, flats and walk-up apartments in Shanghai and shop houses in Batam, Indonesia.
As of 2012, the company set up a Property Development arm to focus on acquiring land and developing quality building projects. Some of these projects are constructed by the in-house construction team and this serves to diversify the construction capabilities, which was originally focused on Infrastructure projects.

The Antares at Matter Road
The Antares is a residential development with 265 apartments undertaken by a joint venture with subsidiaries of Keong Hong Holdings and TA Corporation. The project was fully sold in 2021 and obtained TOP in 2022.
Hock Lian Seng Warehouse at 4 Tampines Industrial Drive
The warehouse is a 3-storey B2 development. The building obtained TOP in 2018.
B2 strata titled ramp-up industrial development at Tuas South Ave 7
Description: SHINE@tuassouth is a B2 multi-user, strata-titled, ramp up industrial development with
174 factory units, 4 minimarts and a canteen. The development is close to the Tuas mega port, the
2nd link to Malaysia and the Tuas West extension. The proximity of a few workers' dormitories in the

Description: A 293 units, part ramp-up part flatted B1 industrial development at Gambas Crescent, Singapore.
