Infrastructure Engineering Services
Designing and deploying a complete range of civil and infrastructure engineering solutions involve effective and streamlined coordination to enable a smooth work flow. And we have achieved success for all our multiple large-scale projects, which include highways, bridges, wharves, sewerage treatment plants and MRT stations. As always, our technical consultants are on-hand to oversee the running of various projects from start to finish.

Building Material Business
From 4th quarter of 2006 Hock Lian Seng entered into the Building Material Business supplying concreting sand and aggregate from China to our customer. Since then, we have also ventured into the supply of concreting sand from Myanmar.

We are continuing to expand our supply sources from countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc. We are also continuing to expand our customer base to include the private sectors.

We are also looking at other products where the supply from overseas countries are more competitive in term of costs due to the high costs of business and manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Equipment & Leasing Services
We lend a helping hand to construction and engineering companies looking to reduce excess project costs that may be accumulated through actual purchase of equipment, repair and upkeep, or constant unprofitable rentals. Available for long and short-term leasing to meet your deadline requirements, our portfolio includes generic machinery such as excavators, cranes, vibratory rollers, concrete pumps, bulldozers; as well as more specialised equipment such as the slipform paver, wall saw and wire saw.
