Building Material Business

From 4th quarter of 2006 Hock Lian Seng entered into the Building Material Business supplying concreting sand and aggregate from China to our customers. Since then, we have also ventured into Myammar for the supply of concreting sand. We are continuing to expand our supply sources from countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc. We are also continuing to expand our customer base to include the private sectors. We are also looking at other products from overseas countries where the supply is more competitive in term of costs as compared to the high costs of business and manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Equipment & Leasing Services

We provide leasing of construction equipment / machinery to construction and engineering companies so that they need not be constrained with huge capital cost for purchase of equipment / machinery and operating cost from repair and upkeep or extensive rental contract thus reducing their excess project cost.  Our flexibility of long and short term leasing will enable our customers to plan and meet their deadline, project and financial requirements through our array of generic equipment / machinery such as excavators, cranes, vibratory rollers, concrete pumps, bull-dozers including more specialized equipments such as slip-form paver, wall saw, wire saw and so forth.
